Ronny Jackson, the physician to the president from 2013 to 2018, earned the former secretary's endorsement Tuesday as he runs for his second term as a representative from Texas's 13th Congressional District.

"I’m proud to endorse Congressman Ronny Jackson, who is a fierce defender of our conservative values," Pompeo said in a statement."He is a true patriot dedicated to our shared mission of building a strong military, securing our borders, and defeating the radical Left’s socialist agenda. While serving as a personal doctor to Trump, Jackson frequently attested to his health and mental acumen. He called for President Joe Biden to take a mental test to prove that he was capable of the office after being elected to the House of Representatives.Pompeo has been vocal in endorsing candidates for the 2022 midterm elections. He is supporting Herschel Walker for Senate in Georgia and David McCormick for Senate in Pennsylvania.
