Hasahya, a farm owner, said he cannot"tolerate bearing any more children because of the limited resources.""My income has become lower and lower over the years due to the rising cost of living, and my family has become bigger and bigger," he is quoted as saying. He first got married in 1971 when he was 16 years old. He then dropped out of school and had his firstborn two years later.
