Economist Ray Perryman says the long-term Toyota commitment will make a difference across San Antonio. "Today’s item gives staff the authority to negotiate this economic incentive agreement. Given the sensitive and competitive nature of these negotiations, we must respect the process and wait until these negotiations conclude before providing greater detail," said Bexar County Judge Peter Sakai.
