While the global coronavirus pandemic may have led to the cancellation of senior proms and pride parades around the country, it didn't stopfrom throwing a virtual Pride Summit and Prom of our own on Saturday .
The Summit featured panels that discussed police brutality and Black Lives Matter, with appearances by . Afterward, Shea Diamond hosted Prom, while Tracy Youngbut DJ'd. The event included celebratory performances by LGBTQ stars and allies including Noah Cyrus, Tove Lo, Pabllo Vittar and more.with"Dance M.F.," which featured dancers twerking as the star sang,"Live your best life/ This is your day/ Go out tonight/ Dance it away.
Drag star Vittar skipped the traditional glam prom wear and went a little more casual with her performance -- as one does while in quarantine. The Brazilianwhile dressed in a Calvin Klein sweater and denim shorts, kicking off her performance from bed before strutting around her room.Like Vittar, she went casual, but took it one step further by performing in her pajamas.
