This video was altered. No such outburst happened at this event. On Feb. 2, First Lady Jill Biden gave a speech at a White House event that relaunched the"cancer moonshot" President Joe Biden led when he was vice president.
"Certain words have the power to make time stop," Jill Biden said in a video circulating on social media. Then, a child can be heard yelling"shut the f— up."
