Police swarmed a residential street in Blackburn after man a refused to leave a house following a criminal damage incident

Lancashire Constabulary told LancsLive they were called to reports of a criminal damage offence at a property on the street resulting in damage to 'some windows'. Officers attended and attempted to speak to a man about the incident.
