The Oakland Coliseum BART station was closed for about two hours on Sunday after a standoff that lasted several hours between police and a suspect barricaded in a car outside the station, San Leandro Police officials said.
The San Leandro police pursued the vehicle north to Oakland. After the suspect’s vehicle was disabled, they barricaded themselves alone inside the Hyundai. BART trains began stopping again at the Oakland Coliseum station after being closed for about two hours.
