35-year-old Krysten Pretlor left a Cambria County home when Richland Township officers arrived to investigate a domestic disturbance,A state police spokesman told the outlet that a warrant for Preorder’s arrest was being obtained, and other officers were looking for him when he “took off” which started the chase.
Pretlor had turned his vehicle around into the opposite lane, and was hit by a state police vehicle performing a PIT maneuver, Limani told TribLive.
