He is described as being around 5ft 9in tall and of slim build with dark hair and facial hair. When pictured, he was wearing a blue T-shirt, white shorts and black trainers. Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1923 of 6 August, 2024.
