Police need more information
Lancashire Police are searching for a quadbike and its rider after being called to reports of anti-social behaviour in the sleepy Lancashire town of Bacup.
Officers are asking members of the community to help them find the vehicle after it failed to stop for officers earlier today. Police said in a tweet: "The quad shown in this picture and the people using it are responsible for a lot of the anti social behaviour in Bacup. If you know who this is or where the quad is being kept please get in touch.
In a longer statement, Lancashire Police said: "We are aware of the increase in reports of anti-social behaviour in and around Bacup town centre. Over the weekend we've had extra patrols including Special Constables and Tac-Ops patrolling the area. "This quad bike failed to stop for Police earlier today and has been seen being used by many of the people involved in ASB. Please help us to help the community by sending us details of who the rider is or where the quad is being stored to [email protected]"
