Investigators are looking for a man in a wheelchair who opened fire outside a corner store in Philadelphia's Mayfair section.
Authorities are searching for two suspects in two separate shootings that broke out in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Several police officers and at least 13 evidence markers surrounded the section of Wilson Park Apartments in South Philadelphia.He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Other people were outside when the shots rang out, including children who were playing at the Wilson Park Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia nearby.
