Jason Varccianna gave a false name to police and fled after his car was pulled over in Chorlton
It was a routine traffic stop. Jason Varccianna, who was driving his car with tinted windows, had been pulled over by police after being spotted on Barlow Moor Road in Chorlton .

Extensive phone work was then conducted on Varccianna’s phone to understand his movement on the night his car was seized. Despite giving the alias Daniel Johnson, Varccianna’s phone placed him in the immediate area in the moments following him making off from the police officer.
