Police officer shot as gunfire erupts at Tri-State Fair in Texas

A suspect is in police custody after shots were fired at the fair in Amarillo, Texas.

The Potter County Sheriff's Office confirmed that a shooting took place at the fair in Amarillo on Monday night, according to KFDA.

An officer was shot, the station reported, but their condition was not immediately known. A suspect is in police custody.
