A video showed a police officer asking the man to wear a face-covering on a Wirral line service at Lime Street Station in Liverpool on Wednesday.He then struggled with the policeman while being detained before he was pepper-sprayed.British Transport Police said in a statement: ‘A man has been charged with threatening behaviour and assaulting a police officer on a Merseyrail train to Liverpool Lime Street station.‘Officers had responded to a report of a man coughing at two passengers.
