Officers were called to the Toolooa Street complex just after 1am on Sunday in relation to ongoing investigations. In a statement, a Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the man allegedly made threats to harm police. "To ensure community safety, residents in the complex have been asked to remain inside," the police spokeswoman said.
