'It's a life taken too young and it's just tragic.'
The PSNI have named the victim of Sunday night's road crash in Co Tyrone as 18-year-old Dylan McGahan from Omagh.
"Investigating officers would like to speak to witnesses or anyone who may have captured dashcam footage. They can be contacted by calling 101, quoting reference 2108 31/07/22. "Thoughts and prayers are with Dylan's family at this time," Cllr Kelly said. "It's a life taken too young and it's just tragic."
