SAN JOSE — One person was in custody Thursday morning after a Public Storage facility in south San Jose went up in flames Wednesday evening, San Jose police confirmed.
By shortly after 7 p.m., the fire was not under control and appeared to be consuming storage units, Pisani said. San Jose Fire Department firefighters battle a three-alarm fire at the Public Storage facility at 88 Blossom Hill Road in south San Jose, Calif., on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. An SJFD spokesperson said the fire was under control around 1 a.m. Thursday, and a fire crew remained at the scene to “keep an eye” on it and maintain custody of the scene until the arson investigation team returns.
