No-one was injured and the fire is being treated as wilful.
Detectives at East Kilbride are appealing for information after a car was set on fire outside a house.
The incident happened in the town’s Tweed Street, Gardenhall, at around 11.45pm on Tuesday, October 3. Detective Constable Ashley Hind said: “We are appealing to anyone who was in the area of Tweed Street around the time of the fire on Tuesday night who witnessed anything suspicious, or who has any information or personal footage that may assist our investigation to contact 101 quoting reference number 4192 of 3 October. *Don't miss the latest headlines from around Lanarkshire.
