Police are investigating an issue reported to the school resource officer shortly before 1 p.m. Aug. 29 by a Chagrin Falls Schools administrator. The issue involves a juvenile student. Further information was not available on the initial report.A store owner, 72, called police 2:56 p.m. Aug. 28 to complain her husband, 74, pushed her inside her store. She was not injured. He left before officers arrived on the scene. She explained that he suffers from dementia.
Both subjects were cited by Chagrin Falls. The man was advised about his two warrants and cited for driving without a valid license. He will appear in Bedford Municipal Court. Bedford police arrived on scene to issue the woman a personal recognizance bond.Stopped for a faulty muffler 2:40 p.m. Aug. 31, a Willoughby man, 24, was arrested for driving under suspension.
