Lancashire police, fire and paramedics descend on quiet Chorley street - live updates
We were called at about 5.15am today to reports of a concern for welfare at an address on Spurrier Square in Chorley.
Police and emergency service partners are currently at the scene and are endeavouring to bring the situation to a peaceful conclusion.This is a police led incident. We were called by the police at 5:40 this morning and we have two fire engines and an aerial ladder platform at the incident.
