She was last seen getting in a gray Volkswagen Jetta with tinted windows and a black top at the parking lot of Sky Zone in Pittston Township, Luzerne County, on Nov. 4 at 4:10 p.m.Smith is reportedly with Courtney Simoncavage, a 24-year-old white female described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall with blue eyes. Simoncavage was a passenger in the vehicle.Police believe Smith may be at special risk of harm or injury.
