An illegal immigrant from Mexico has been captured in Texas as an international fugitive wanted for murder, authorities said.
Local officers and Department of Homeland Security agents took Sanchez into custody after identifying her as a “wanted individual” during a “routine patrol,” officials said. Sanchez is accused of being an accomplice in the murder of her boyfriend, 27-year-old Fidel González, of the Mexican municipality of Yanga, Veracruz.outside his home on August 13, 2023, by a male friend shortly after he allegedly received a call from Sanchez, telling him to come outside.
