HOLLYWOOD - Authorities have identified the body that was found dismembered in the trunk of a Tesla owned by a popular singer.the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has identified the remains discovered in the trunk of a Tesla as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, who went missing from Lake Elsinore, California, in April of 2024.
The body was discovered after workers at an impound lot in Hollywood noticed a foul odor. When investigators arrived at the scene, they opened the trunk and discovered a corpse inside a bag, according to authorities. The vehicle was determined to be registered to singer David Anthony Burke, 20, who has millions of followers on social media, and was on a world tour when the grim discovery was made. When speaking with TMZ, Rivas' mother said her daughter had a boyfriend named David, and said she felt the body discovered might be her daughter. She told TMZ that a description provided by police matched her daughter's, which included a "Shhh..." tattoo on her index finger. which noted in its report that other celebrities, like Lindsay Lohan and Rihanna, also have this design.Rivas was 13 when she went missing from her home. Burke has been "cooperating with authorities" since the discovery was made, per the publication.
