An aggressive e-scooter rider has smashed a car windscreen during a terrifying road rage incident in Melbourne ’s east last month. The incident unfolded when the motorist beeped their horn at the e-scooter rider who was travelling in the middle of Cotham Rd, Kew about 12.15pm on November 18.
Police hunt e-scooter rider following terrifying road rage incident in Melbourne The rider then dropped the scooter and smashed the Volkswagen Golf’s side mirror and front windscreen, police said. “He then got back onto the scooter and left the scene,” police said. Police have released a photo of the alleged male offender, who can be seen opening the car’s passenger door.
