KUALA LUMPUR: Police have urged the public to refrain from hiking, jogging and other recreational activities during the movement control order (MCO) period.
Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohamed Mokhsein Mohamed Zon said he had received several inquiries on the matter since the MCO was in force.
"It's only for two weeks. Once the order is lifted, you can resume your daily activities," he told reporters after conducting patrols to spread awareness on the MCO in his district on Thursday . ACP Mohamed Mokhsein said beside patrols, they would also be setting up roadblocks to check vehicles and advise road users to adhere to the MCO.
