The 43-year-old is charged with one count of second-degree Domestic Violence and one count of first-degree Electronic Stalking.
DOTHAN, Ala. - Dothan Police arrested a man on Monday in connection with stalking-related incidents spanning several days at the end of May.
Statements made by Spencer on one of those phone calls, according to police, led the victim to discover that a tracking device was placed on their vehicle, with video surveillance from the area later obtained by investigators showing that device being placed on the vehicle by Spencer days earlier. Spencer is charged with one count of second-degree Domestic Violence and one count of first-degree Electronic Stalking. He is currently being held in the Houston County Jail without bond.
