31-year-old David Eugene Hosman of Daleville is charged with one count of 1st degree Making Terroristic Threats and one count of Disorderly Conduct.DALEVILLE, Ala. - A Daleville man was arrested on Thursday and faces charges after making several threats on the phone with 911 workers.
While on the phone with Daleville Police, Hosman reportedly began to fire off shots and was heard making threats towards others in the area from where he was calling.
