This comes a week after the Auditor-General’s Report 2021 Series 2 found that the account had downloaded three million information sets through various IP addresses. Fahmi said he had ordered CyberSecurity Malaysia to conduct an investigation following the release of the Auditor-General’s Report, while the police will initiate its own probe.“This is the data leakage which allegedly involved the super admin access to the MySejahtera app.
Fahmi also confirmed that the National Film Development Corporation Malaysia and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission will get new chairmen by next week. This comes after the Malaysian Film Producers Association urged Fahmi to expedite the appointment of a new Finas chairman and board members.Last December, former Finas chairman Zurainah Musa confirmed that her tenure had been shortened by the communications and digital ministry.
