Police have tonight issued an update
Nicola has not been seen since she went dog walking after dropping her children off at school in St Michael's on Wyre, Lancashire, on January 27. Mum-of-two Nicola, who had been walking her dog Willow by the River Wyre, has now been missing for 11 days
and are supporting Nicola's family at this time. Police still believe Nicola fell into the river, specialist teams are searching the river everyday. "We have six people searching the river banks every day, these are specially trained search officers, who are systematically, methodically searching the river bank and open ground. It does remain our belief that Nicola sadly fell into the river, and this is a missing person enquiry."
