Johnny Penaloza, who was featured on CBS Austin's "Marshal's Most Wanted" on April 20, was arrested by the Austin Police Department on October 30. The case is now closed. The case is now closed.
“The U.S. probation office did a home site visit and learned that Johnny Penaloza was no longer residing there,” said Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Filla.“He has a criminal history that was straight out the gate when he became an adult that has assaults, evading, and narcotics,” said Filla. “And he’s known to previously use methamphetamines, ecstasy, and non-prescribed Xanax.”“These individuals who have this type of addiction, for one act erratically. It’s an addiction,” said Filla.
“The 6500 block of McKinney Falls Parkway in Austin and the 100 block of Greenslope Cove in Bastrop; those are the two addresses that we knew he was last at back in February and March of 2022,” said Filla.“He has a picture of a globe on his left arm with the phrase, ‘The world is mine and everything in it,’ and in addition another tattoo with the image of his son and the name ‘Sally’ on his chest,” described Filla.If you have any information on his whereabouts contact the U.S.
