Seattle police have arrested a suspect who is believed to have stabbed a man to death during a carjacking Wednesday night.

When police approached Bramel-Allen, he ran away from police but was caught a short distance later, according to Edmonds police. He is being evaluated at a hospital for a self-inflicted injury.
