m. while working near the park in the 1500 block of Liberty Street on Dec. 29.Investigators believe a group of 15 to 20 people were at the park when an argument escalated into a fight before someone in the crowd, believed to be Henderson, pulled out a gun and fired rounds. Another person, identified by police as Frank Price Jr., was also found fatally shot in a vehicle in the 1700 block of Handley Drive around 2:18 p.m., according police. Police said they believe the shootings are related. Officers found Price inside a parked vehicle at the location. He were rushed to a local hospital but died shortly after, according to police. At the time, police said someone was seen running from the vehicle where Price was found. The person was later located at a nearby home.
