Police said charges were filed against the female employer of victim Maribel Vilma Bacsal after the suspect repeatedly attempted to stop the investigation. She also refused authorities entry into her residence and misled them by claiming that the foul smell from the sealed drum in her house was from the body of a decaying animal.Authorities are still investigating the crime. —
