Col. Jean Fajardo, PNP spokesperson, said yesterday the Manila Police District is investigating the incident, which occurred on the Skyway.Fajardo said police investigators have requested copies of closed-circuit television videos from the Skyway management for leads on the people who opened fire at Catapang’s Toyota Hilux pickup.
