PMI Foods is dedicated to fighting chronic global food insecurity by providing nutritious food options and collaborating with various organizations. The company highlights its work with CityServe International, Paula White Ministries, and local charities to deliver aid and support communities impacted by natural disasters and global crises.

The beginning of a new year often inspires people to set resolutions. At Parker Migliorini International (PMI Foods), our work transcends fleeting promises; we will renew our focus of fighting chronic global food insecurity. According to the World Health Organization, 733 million people faced hunger in 2023.

That is why PMI Foods is working every day to provide millions of people with nutritious foods such as grass-fed pasture-raised beef, free-range chicken, as well as many other healthy options. Despite our best efforts, the harsh reality is that food insecurity continues to plague millions of families worldwide. By encouraging collaboration among farmers, businesses, non-profits, and local churches, we can create a network of support and resources to help fight food insecurity. Ranchers and farmers are the backbone of our food system, providing fresh, wholesome foods while fostering sustainable agricultural practices. \One of our most transformative partnerships has been forged with CityServe International. This remarkable organization operates worldwide, empowering local church networks through acts of compassion and service within their communities. Our inaugural project in collaboration with CityServe focused on addressing the urgent needs of Ukrainian refugees. Through this partnership, we have witnessed firsthand the power of community-driven initiatives to bring healing and restoration amid adversity. City of Refuge helps feed and shelter victims of human trafficking from across the globe, including women and children. PMI Foods is proud to have the opportunity to continue providing healthy food and help people get back on their feet. Strategic partnerships are incredibly important for us. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, CityServe was on the ground to help rebuild homes and provide relief to thousands of people impacted by the devastation. Teaming up with our compassion partner CityServe International PMI Foods provided food to families facing, where we collaborated with Paula White Ministries, CityServe, and local charities to bring relief and hope back to the local community. Earlier this holiday season, we were also able to address climate change, deforestation, and habitat loss in the Amazon basin. The Amazon rainforest ecosystem is home to more than 80% of the Earth’s terrestrial species, yet it faces significant threats from unsustainable agricultural practices and cattle ranching, leading to deforestation and the loss of habitat. Our collaboration aims not only to restore the rainforest’s vibrant landscape but also to support local communities negatively impacted by environmental degradation. \In 2024, we were humbled and excited that the team at PMI Foods was honored with the Governor’s Award for. The success of our company is a collective effort that involves a wide range of stakeholders, including producers, retailers, and environmental organizations, all of whom are dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of beef production. Ultimately none of this good work would be possible without our great farmers and ranchers who are the linchpin of our country. Strengthening the bonds between PMI Foods, farmers, and the neighborhoods we serve is a shared responsibility. As I reflect on our efforts in 2024, I’m blessed to work alongside dedicated team members who share this vision of service. Together with America’s farmers and our partners, we will continue to feed the hungry, and in 2025 we are redoubling our efforts to make a difference
