PERMATANG PAUH, June 30 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has denied claims that the federal government is oppressing any state in terms of the distribution of allocations or development, including the issue surrounding the approval of the proposed Kulim International Airport , in Kedah.
“You need to ask the RMAF , whether or not for the flight zone... Someone said Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar would pay for and I asked him if he wanted to do it, why didn’t he tell me? Syed Mokhtar replied: Brother, I have no proposal to build an airport, there is already a lot of work.
