A ‘plush’ new steakhouse celebrating the best of Scottish produce will open in Glasgow city centre next month.
A menu devised by executive chef William Lee, who has previously worked Michelin-starred and rosette venues, promises to ‘breathe new life into Scottish culture’ with cuts of meat sourced direct from the Highlands served alongside a selection of 'expertly crafted' cocktails and wines. Ryan Bowman, director at Bow Hospitality said: “We’re excited to finally announce the launch of The Merchant Steakhouse.
