Sony’s PlayStation Network suffered a multi-hour outage beginning Friday evening, infuriating gamers around the world who were unable to access the online store and other apps or features well into Saturday.

According to Sony’s PlayStation Network status page, services including account management, gaming and social, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Store, and the PlayStation Direct all were still facing issues as of Saturday morning.
