Severely ill coronavirus patients treated with plasma from COVID-19 survivors recovered FIVE days faster
Convalescent plasma therapy is when the liquid portion of blood is taken from a recovered coronavirus patient. It is transferred into a sick patient in hopes they will develop the antibodies needed to fight off the infection.
