It is part of a major £130 million project
Plans for new homes on Glasgow’s Riverside have been unveiled as part of a £130 million project.
As part of the pre-application consultation process, the local community will have an opportunity to view the proposals in person. The proposals mark the latest development from the global real estate investment management company, CA Ventures, who recently completed a 422-bed purpose-built student accommodation development on Cathedral Street.
“Glasgow was the location of our first development in the UK, and we remain committed to delivering substantial investment in the city. “Anyone with an interest in the proposals can attend our in-person events on 22nd March and 10th May, where our project team will be on-hand to discuss the proposals with the local community and to answer any questions they may have.”
