purchased the Bel Air K Station Apartment Homes in Plano. Located on K Avenue in Plano’s historic downtown district, the 245-unit property is Western Wealth Capital’s 19th apartment acquisition in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The apartments were built in 2001 near DART’s downtown Plano rail station.bought a medical office building at 9250 Amberton Parkway in Northeast Dallas. The 38,794-square-foot building was constructed in 1978 and renovated in 2006.
leased 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Trinity West Business Park at 2550 114th St in Grand Prairie. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Jeff Rein of Stream Realty Partners.leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space in Forum Business Park at 4687 Johnson Lane in Argyle. Brandon Alexander and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
