Planet Ventures Inc. received shareholder approval for its new Omnibus Incentive Plan at its annual general meeting.
Planet Ventures announces that the Company’s new Omnibus Incentive Plan received shareholder approval at the Company’s December 20, 2024 annual general meeting. The Omnibus Plan was created to comply with the requirements of Canadian Securities Exchange policy governing security-based compensation. The Company may grant stock options (“unallocated Options”), Restricted Share Units and to re-approve the Omnibus Incentive Plan no later than December 20, 2027.
The Omnibus Plan supersedes the Company’s 10% rolling Share Option Plan dated for reference November 10, 2022, and amended on November 23, 2023, and the Company’s 10% fixed Restricted Share Unit Plan dated for reference November 26, 2020, as amended on November 10, 2022 (collectively the “Old Plans”). Any stock options or restricted share units outstanding under the Old Plans shall be amended such that they are governed by the terms of the Omnibus Incentive Plan. All future grants of equity-based Awards will be made pursuant to, or as otherwise permitted by, the Omnibus Plan.
