Under the plan received by Hertsmere Borough Council on May 4, 5 Bourne Road, in Bushey, would be replaced with three three-bedroom houses for market, with two being semi-detached and one detached.
A planning statement attached to the proposal describes the existing building as a four-bedroom house built circa 1930 “which has been vacant for a number of years and is in a state of disrepair”.
