The Arizona Department of Transportation advises Flagstaff area drivers to plan for intermittent lane restrictions on southbound Interstate 17 from Monday, Feb. 20, through Wednesday, Feb. 22. Drivers should allow for extra travel time while the following daytime restrictions are in place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
Southbound I-17 will be intermittently narrowed to one lane from Flagstaff south to Scenic Overlook Road between mileposts 340 - 311.The restriction is needed so crews can safely complete temporary pavement striping along this stretch of I-17. Due to inclement weather, dates and times are subject to change.to tell us how well we are informing you of upcoming construction-related restrictions and closures so you can plan your travel.
