Four new injuries occurred for the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Buffalo Bills on Saturday.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are dealing with multiple injuries coming out of their game against the Buffalo Bills. Running back Jaylen Warren , cornerback Anthony Averett , and linebacker Payton Wilson all left the game and did not return. Slot cornerbackMike Tomlin updated us on all of those injuries. He is unsure how long Warren will be out. Averett could miss time, while Bishop’s injury was more about quelling concerns.
"From a health standpoint, Jaylen Warren had a hamstring in game. I don’t know the extent of it. He’ll be evaluated. I’ll have more information for you obviously over the next couple of days. Payton Wilson was being treated for a concussion. Anthony Averett had a hamstring, as well. Some other bumps and bruises, but I think in most instances, those guys returned to play,” Tomlin said.from the outside in the coming days for the Steelers.
The Steelers come out of the game as a banged-up team. Linebacker Tyler Matakevich left the game briefly with an ankle injury. Meanwhile, running back Jonathan Ward , offensive tackle Troy Fautanu , and wide receiver Roman Wilson also sat out of the matchup. Their statuses will become clearer throughout the week, but the Steelers hope to have some back against the Lions.
