Lee was seen in street clothesLee, the Steelers’ sixth-round pick out of Iowa, is fighting for a roster spot in a loaded defensive line room.
Lee has been quiet for much of the preseason. Others on the roster, such as DeMarvin Leal, Isaiahh Loudermilk, and Montravius Adams, have surged, while Lee has not made his mark. While he is afor the practice squad with his motor and versatility, Lee seems like he will have an uphill battle to make the Steelers’ final roster.
Lee could sign with another team on their 53-man roster after cutdown day if the Steelers release him. He showed up at the Shrine Bowl and parlayed that into a solid week at the NFL Combine. As a result, the Steelers drafted him, but he has yet to flash his strengths consistently.
