Pitmasters Foundation continues its mangrove and tree planting activities last October 21 and October 14 in Albay as part of its #PitmasterGoesGreen initiatives which aim to forward climate change mitigation efforts.

Cruz said this set of actions aims to help “reduce shoreline erosion and preventive measure against coastal flooding, strong winds, and high waves during typhoons.” The number of trees is in addition to the more than 7,000 trees that it planted across 250 hectares in Laguna last month.
