Scream 7 continues to expand its star-studded cast with a Pitch Perfect star set to join the upcoming installment of the iconic horror series. The Scream franchise remains a cornerstone of the slasher genre, following survivors and newcomers navigating the deadly game of the masked killer Ghostface, beginning with Wes Craven’s 1996 classic.
After the massive success of Scream VI, which became the franchise’s highest domestic grosser at $108 million, Scream 7 is set to release on February 27, 2026, with a whole new story. According to Deadline, Anna Camp has officially joined Scream 7. Details about her character are being kept under wraps, but she joins a growing cast that includes Isabel May as Sidney Prescott’s daughter, as well as newcomers Mckenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, and Asa Germann. Returning cast member Mason Gooding will reprise his role as a part of the recent movies' Core Four survivors.
