The kind-hearted Grammy-Award winner added that she would also be donating a million dollars to emergency funds.and that she tested positive.The singer, who's real name is Alecia Beth Moore, said: "It is an absolute travesty and failure of our government to not make testing more widely accessible."The star called the illness "serious and real".
She added: "People need to know that the illness affects the young and old, healthy and unhealthy, rich and poor, and we must make testing free and more widely accessible to protect our children, our families, our friends and our communities."
