festival in 2022, bringing out her daughter Willow Sage Hart to sing “Cover Me in Sunshine.” Now she’s returning to the Bay Area, to play San Francisco’s Chase Center on Oct. 14.
The tour, in support of her ninth album “Trustfall,” will stop in 14 cities, beginning in Sacramento on Oct. 12, followed two days later by the SF show. She’ll continue through November, concluding the tour in Orlando, Florida, on Nov. 18. Opening artists will include Los Angeles alt-rockers Grouplove and DJ KidCutUp throughout the entire tour. Tickets go on sale Feb. 21 for Citi and Verizon customers, and they will be available to the general public Feb. 24.
In her BottleRock performance, Pink flew over the audience suspended by ropes in a display of aerial antics that impressed the massive festival crowd. Her set spanned the length of her career and also incorporated a selection of covers from the likes of No Doubt, Janis Joplin, Joan Baez and 4 Non Blondes. Although it’s unclear if she’ll stick to her own tunes on her stadium tour, there’s no question that whatever she plays, the party will indeed get started.
